The Mobilis Group has announced its acquisition of Premier Sports Medicals Ltd.
Mobilis provides expertise in the field of physiotherapy, podiatry and sports consumables, along with the management of brands such as Vulkan, Sorbothane, and Neen.
More recent developments have included the formation of Mobilis Performance, created to deliver Intelligent Training to the sports sector.
North London-based Premier Sport Medical is run by Steve and Sharon Simbler. Steve is an experienced pharmacist and has worked closely with many premiership football and rugby teams supplying products and advice.
Colin Webb, CEO of Mobilis said: "This new partnership with Premier will bring genuine expertise to the group, specifically in the sports pharmaceutical arena.
